Thank you for being a part of Imani Behavioral Health. We wanted to inform you of changes that may impact your services with us. Our current contract with WELLPOINT will be ending on JANUARY 01, 2025.
We know the care you receive from Imani Behavioral Health is important, so we do want to inform you that anyone who has WELLPOINT as their primary insurance can continue services at Imani Behavioral Health at a flat rate of $40.00 per session.
In the event the $40.00 is not feasible for you and/or you would rather use your insurance, please click here for a list of providers we have found that should be in network with WELLPOINT.
We will need a response from you on your decision no later than DECEMBER 31, 2024, or all sessions will be paused until further notice beyond that date. All sessions with a date before JANUARY 01, 2025, will still be covered under WELLPOINT insurance.
